12-2-2007 Call to be Star Givers

Today the Church Board decided to begin the financial challenge of raising the first $1,000,000 without a pledge system. In John 6:9 a small boy was willing to give his five barley loaves and two fish to help feed 5,000 people. A small sacrifice and a prayer from Jesus made the overwhelming task a fulfilling reality. Small sacrifices willingly made and with God's blessing can keep miracles unfolding.

Pastor Ed and the Board would like you all to become Star Givers. Every month that has a 5th Sunday, starting with this month, will be a time to gather the Star donations and add any new Star accounts. The money that you donate will be as you and the Lord decide. A Star with your name on it will be displayed and with each donation it will shine just a little brighter. For further clarification or to get your information envelope with Star and account starter, stop by for Church one Sunday Morning!

The Calendar page has been updated with the events from the November calendar and yesterday's bulletin. I hope that you find the information correct.

Also I was informed that the other pages were full of spelling errors. I hope that I have got all of them, but if not please let me know.
